• Arrive at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport

• Meet tour director and transfer to hotel

• Join with travelers returning from Egypt and Jordan

• Evening group dinner and rest

Day 3 – Caesarea Maritima, Mount Carmel, Nazareth

• Enjoy first Israeli breakfast at the hotel

• Drive north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea Maritima, built by King Herod (22 B.C.)

  • Visit the Roman Theater, Aqueduct, and Herodian Port

• Drive by Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal

• Stop at Mount Precipice, where Jesus was rejected in Nazareth (Luke 4:16–30)

• Visit Nazareth:

  • Church of the Annunciation, Mary’s Well, and Nazareth Village

Day 4 – Caesarea Philippi, Magdala, Capernaum, Tabgha

• Drive to Caesarea Philippi (Banias), one of the Jordan River’s sources

  • Site where Jesus asked, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” (Matthew 16:13–23)

• Visit Herod Agrippa’s Palace and Nimrod Fortress

• Drive around the Sea of Galilee, passing Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene

• Visit Capernaum – ancient synagogue and Peter’s house

  Continue to:

  • Tabgha, site of the feeding of the 5,000 (Luke 9)

  • Mensa Christi, where Jesus appeared after His resurrection (John 21)

  • Church of Peter’s Primacy

• Stop at the Mount of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount

Day 5 – Yardenit, Jerusalem

• Boat ride across the Sea of Galilee

• Visit the Jesus Boat, a 2,000-year-old fishing vessel

• Visit Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River

• Travel south to Jerusalem

• Ascend the Mount of Olives for panoramic views of the Old City and Kidron Valley

• Walk the Palm Sunday Way to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed

• Visit Dominus Flevit (Tear Drop Church), commemorating Jesus’ lament over Jerusalem

Day 6 – Jerusalem

• Visit the Western (Wailing) Wall and Western Wall Tunnels

• Continue to Mount Zion:

  • Upper Room (Luke 22:7–38)

  • Tomb of King David

  • Church of St. Peter Gallicantu (Caiaphas’ House, John 18)

• Walk through the Arab Bazaar for local sights, sounds, and flavors

• Visit the Israel Museum, including the Temple Model and Shrine of the Book

• Evening Shabbat dinner experience

Day 7 – Masada, Qumran, En Gedi, Jerusalem

• Excursion south of Jerusalem to key Jewish heritage sites

• Ascend Masada by cable car and tour the fortress ruins

• Stop at Qumran, site of the Dead Sea Scrolls discovery

• Visit En Gedi, where David hid from King Saul and wrote many Psalms

• Return to Jerusalem for overnight stay

Day 8 – Jerusalem

• Visit the Southern Steps, where rabbis once taught

• Explore Pools of Siloam, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, Warren’s Shaft, and David’s Palace

• Enter the Old City through the Lion’s Gate

• Walk along the Via Dolorosa, visiting:

  • Ecce Homo (site of Jesus’ scourging)

  • Saint Anne’s Church and Pool of Bethesda

  • Church of the Holy Sepulchre, traditional site of the crucifixion and resurrection

Day 9 – Bethlehem, Jerusalem

• Travel to Bethlehem, birthplace of Jesus

  • Visit Shepherd’s Fields and the Church of the Nativity

• Return toward Jerusalem via Herodium, viewing Herod the Great’s tomb

• Visit Calvary and the Garden Tomb

• Participate in a special communion service and closing session

• Enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant

Day 10 – Return

• Early morning transfer to Tel Aviv Airport

• Depart for return flight home

Our hotels are chosen for their quality, amenities and proximity to areas of interest. Whenever possible, we choose hotels in town centres so you can go off and explore in your free time. It may be necessary for us to substitute hotels for others of equal quality. You will be fully informed of any changes that affect you.

Airlines typically publish fares 10 months before departure—that’s why you’ll see one of two setups below: if flights aren’t live yet, book the land package now and add our coordinated flights when they go live; if flights are live, choose the air-inclusive package with our designated group flights and included transfers. Either way, our team coordinates flights to align with your tour. Where possible and permitted by the airline, our air team can also add your TSA Known Traveller Number and frequent flyer numbers to your booking for your convenience.

Scenario A — Flights not released yet

Make it easy later—secure your place now with a land-only booking. Our flight package will open once airline schedules are released. When flights become available, we will contact you so you can add our coordinated flights package.

Why add our flight package? It aligns with the tour timings and includes group arrival and departure transfers when you travel on our designated group flights. Our air team supports you with schedule changes, and—where possible and permitted—can add your TSA Known Traveler Number and frequent flyer numbers to your reservation.

If you prefer to arrange your own flights, please do not book until we confirm your place on the tour and provide our official flight window. Cancellations

Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance:

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing.

• From the time of deposit until 100 days before departure, a $150 per person penalty.

• From 99-30 days before departure $350 per person penalty plus any non-refundable deposits to airlines or ground suppliers.

• An individual cancelling less than 30 days before departure will receive NO REFUND.

• Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. central time on the last business day of the applicable time period.

• For flight changes or cancellations, revision fees and/or airline cancellation charges will apply.

• Roommates cancelling can result in a single supplement charge for the roommate. The Participant who cancels will be responsible for that charge if a substitute roommate cannot be found.

• Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is strongly recommended.

• EdenGate Travel cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through EdenGate.
